Drug manufacturers are at the nucleus of our solution. Ventegra, the only entity of its type, is the first pharmacy contracting services organization (CSO) representing Plan Sponsors, providers, and patients as their fully transparent contracting arm. A hybrid pharmacy benefit support company and group purchasing cooperative (as defined by federal law), Ventegra has befriended drug manufacturers by providing them with an alternative unadulterated and pure channel to distribute their products, on both a retail and mail-order basis. PNPS is the exclusive Ventegra access point for TPAs.

As pioneers of electronic point-of-service retail pharmacy networks and Rx claim processing, Pharmacy Data Management, Inc. (PDMI) is as experienced as any of the industry giants. Unlike them however, PDMI doesn’t mark-up their network prior to billing their PBM clients, to add an additional mark-up. PDMI, which primarily services MCO and public payors, is accessible to TPAs only through PNPS.
